Fields of Honor is proud to offer a Silent Auction which will occur on the Saturday of the Convention from Noon to 5pm. To submit items to the auction fill out one Sale Sheet for each item, or group of items, that you wish to sell. This is called a lot. The convention charges $1.00 (non-refundable) for each lot submitted to the convention. There is no limit to the number of lots or size or value of the lots submitted by the seller.  The seller determines the lot’s minimum bid and the buy it now price if any.

There are a few requirements: Opening Bid must be at least $1.00; bids must be in whole dollar amounts; and the Buy it Now Price must be at least $2.00 (if offered). If you wish to purchase an item at the buy it now price, you may take the lot to the cashier immediately. Once a lot has received a bid it cannot be withdrawn from the auction. Once a lot has a bid equal to or higher than the buy it now price, the buy it now option may not be used. Buyers bid on a lot by writing their badge number and their bid amount on the items attached sale sheet. If a lot receives 30 bids, it will be verbally auctioned off at the close of the auction. Buyers who bid are committed to purchase the lot on Saturday evening at the auction close. Your badge number is your bond. Cash payments are required. The auction is available to registered/paid convention attendees only.

Unsold lots will be returned to their owners. Lots unclaimed by the close of the Convention will become the property of Fields of Honor.

Drop off Items: Saturday 9 am to 2 pm
Bidding: Noon to 5 pm
Purchase / Item Pick-up starts at 5:30 pm
Payout to sellers starts at 6:30 pm (sooner if possible)
